First off, understand that most guitarist's now of days tune their guitars lower then standard 440, which is the standard.  For now though, let's not worry about that and just tune to standard pitch.  To use the tuner below, first choose your string (from left to right is "E-A-D-G-B-E" which is the same on your guitar, starting at the top "biggest" string, or 6th string.
